35ok Terms & Conditions
Before using this platform, please read all of 35ok's rules, conditions, and policies carefully — stay informed about your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
35ok is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 35ok platform and its user ("you" or "Member"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
1.2 Changes to the Terms
35ok reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is each Member's responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
1.3 Definitions
- "Platform" — 35ok's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
- "Member" — a person who has opened a registered account on the platform.
- "Account" — the Member's personal user account.
- "Bonus" — promotional offers or gift credits provided by 35ok.
- "Bet" — the amount of money placed by a Member on any game or event.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility
To register on the 35ok platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Online betting and gaming must be lawful in your area of residence. 35ok reserves the right to verify any Member's age or identity and may suspend or close an account in cases of doubt.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- A person may open only one account.
- If any account details change, 35ok must be notified immediately.
- Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the 35ok support team immediately. The Member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.
2.3 Account Suspension & Closure
35ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Receipt of instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Rules
The payment methods currently accepted on the 35ok platform are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposit transactions are generally instant. If a transaction is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team. 35ok will not be responsible for loss of funds due to incorrect information provided at the time of deposit.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Depositing via a third-party account is prohibited.
- 35ok reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
Members may submit a withdrawal request from their account balance at any time. The applicable conditions for withdrawal are:
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- The withdrawal process generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. 35ok reserves the right to hold funds in an account until a withdrawal request has been verified.
3.3 Currency & Taxes
All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). It is the Member's own responsibility to pay any applicable taxes or duties on their winnings. 35ok does not bear any responsibility for tax deductions or providing tax advice.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
35ok offers a welcome bonus for new Members. Currently, a 150% bonus is provided on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → Total ৳48,000.
The bonus amount will never exceed ৳20,000, regardless of the deposit amount.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- There may be a set time limit to complete the wagering requirement — please read the details of each bonus carefully.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each Member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 35ok reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from multiple accounts or the same IP address is prohibited.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Betting Rules
Every bet placed on the 35ok platform is considered final once confirmed. 35ok reserves the right to void or amend any displayed result or odds caused by a technical error or incorrect information. The outcome of all bets will be determined according to the rules of the respective game provider.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Bonus arbitrage or exploiting system errors.
- Using automated software, bots, or similar technology.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Stealing or fraudulently obtaining another Member's account credentials.
- Attempting to disrupt the platform's security or operations.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
5.3 Technical Issues
35ok is not liable for any losses arising from internet disconnection, server downtime, or any other technical issues. In such situations, 35ok's decision will be considered final.
6. VIP Program
6.1 VIP Levels
35ok's VIP program has five levels in total. Members can advance to higher levels through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
6.2 VIP Terms
The criteria for VIP level advancement are set by 35ok and may change at any time. Cashback benefits are provided from valid bets only. A Member who participates in prohibited activities may have their VIP membership cancelled. Special bonuses associated with VIP benefits may have their own wagering requirements.
7. Privacy & Personal Data
7.1 Data Collection & Use
35ok collects and processes Members' personal data. For details, please read our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you are considered to have consented to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy.
7.2 Security Measures
35ok uses SSL encryption and other modern security technologies on the platform. However, complete security cannot be guaranteed for data transmitted over the internet. Members are responsible for ensuring the security of their own accounts.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

35ok is not liable for any direct or indirect loss — including financial loss, loss of profit, data loss, or loss of business opportunity — if it arises from the following:
- Inability to access the platform or service disruption.
- Third-party actions or unauthorized access.
- Technical errors or virus attacks.
- Unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).
9.2 Service Changes
35ok reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time without prior notice. 35ok is not liable for any loss incurred by a Member as a result.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Complaints Process

10.2 Final Decision
In disputes relating to technical matters, game results, or account issues, 35ok's decision will be considered final. The time limit for filing a complaint is within 30 days from the date of the incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be considered.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 35ok and the member, and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
